PATCHES

We are now keeping our online service open throughout core hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 6:30 pm. You can use this service for routine requests or non-urgent requests. These may take
3–5 working days to process. If your query is urgent or a medical emergency, please call the
practice or 111 or 999.

With Patchs, you can easily contact your GP online for support. Whether you need a fit note, medication advice, or have general health questions, we’re here to help.

Non-urgent advice: Out of Hours & Emergency Services

There are some urgent appointments available through the Enfield Unity Extended Access Services based at Eagle House and Carlton House sites between 6:30pm to 8pm weekdays, 9am- 8pm Saturdays and 8am-8pm on Sundays and bank holidays. To book, rearrange or cancel these appointments when we are closed, please call 0208 370 4910. Lines are open 6.30pm-8pm weekdays and 9-5pm on Saturday. For anything urgent call 111 – call 999 in an emergency.

For urgent but non-life-threatening issues at any time, you can also contact NHS 111 or NHS online service.They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.
