How to register for Online Services
If you have not used our online services before you will need to:
- Come to the Surgery and provide photo ID so we can confirm your identity and the receptionist will then issue you with a username and password.
- Enter your registration details exactly as shown on the form.
- After registering, log on with your username and password.

How to download the NHS app
You can still contact the practice by phone or in person, this is just another option, which other patients have found is more convenient and saves them time. What the NHS App does

Find your NHS number
You can find your NHS number in several ways:
- NHS App: Log in to the NHS App, and your NHS number will be visible on your profile.
- Medical Records: Your NHS number is usually listed on any letters or documents from your GP or hospital, including test results or appointment letters.
- GP Practice: You can contact your GP practice, and they can provide your NHS number.
- NHS Online Services: If you are registered for online services with your GP, you may be able to see your NHS number there.
