N14, N13, N21, EN2 (as far as Enfield Town), Plus EN4 and parts of N11.
Should you be registered with us and then move out of our catchment it is preferred that you register with a GP closer to your new home.
However, if you wish to remain registered with us, the decision will be made by the doctors based on your medical history and age, as it may be in your best interest to register with a GP closer to home.
This decision will not be subject to appeal.
You would then need to deregister in order to re-register as ‘out of are patient’, you would not be entitled to any home visits.
