Our practice-based complaints procedure is advertised in the waiting room and further details are available at reception. We welcome all feedback and suggestions about any of our services.
You will not be treated any differently for making a complaint or suggestion; this can be made to staff, doctors /nurse. However, written complaints are to be addressed to Stacy Holding Practice Manager and can be emailed to [email protected]
Equally we appreciate positive feedback.
It is also your right to make a complaint directly to the commissioner at North Central London Integrated Care Board.

If you have a formal complaint to make, it is always advisable to try and resolve an
issue directly with the provider in the first instance.
Please note our practice offers all patients the opportunity to comment via the Friend & Family test and we operate a survey via mobile text message and/or paper survey in the practice. You can also access the family and friends feedback link on our home page.
